MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Innovo Logistics is a growing Freight Forwarding Company in Myanmar. Innovo team has been handling a wide range of customized services and providing the quality freight forwarding and logistics arrangement for both inbound and outbound from Myanmar.

As we continue to grow and expand, Innovo Logistics is recruiting individuals to become part of our next generation of Freight Forwarding and Logistics business.

Our Management Trainee Programme is designed to nurture you who possess the potential to become part of our team. You will be exposed to all our core functional teams in the areas of international freight forwarding and logistics.

Upon successful completion of 3-12-month intensive training, you will be capable of securing permanent employment opportunity with Innovo. We welcome you who possess the abilities, enthusiasm and development potential to become part of Innovo Team.

We are looking for fresh university graduates with less than 1 year’s work experience. Persons with minimum experience in sales and marketing, documentation, customer service or similar role are also eligible to apply.

Require qualities:
• Must have strong interest in Freight Forwarding / Logistics business
• Strong enthusiasm and commitment towards establishing a long-term career in the logistics industry
• Passionate, positive attitude and self-motivated
• Open-minded and able to communicate to every level of the organization
• Good team spirit and customer focus
• Good common sense, courage to face new challenges
• Must be a good communicator and fast learner in order to follow instruction and training from senior team members
• Must be able to support team in a timely and professional manner
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office applications, especially Excel and strong typing skills
• Fluency in English and Burmese, both oral and written

Allowance: Daily allowance will be granted during training period
