Key Responsibilities
- Develop new customers and business opportunities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Conduct customer visits, sales calls, and business presentations
- Promote the company’s logistics services and solutions
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales leads
- Achieve individual sales targets and business objectives
- Coordinate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to develop new business and maintain customer relationships
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Ability to speak Mandarin/Chinese is highly preferred to support Chinese customers and business partners
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for customer visits
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
