This role plays an essential part in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting overall logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process import shipping documents accurately and on time
- Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines
- Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates
- Maintain proper filing and documentation records
- Assist the Import Operations team with daily activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1 – 2 year experience in logistics or related industry
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in shipping, logistics, or documentation is an advantage
- Basic English communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Responsible, organized, and willing to learn
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
