The Customer Service Executive is responsible for managing client communication, handling shipment inquiries, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.
This role plays an essential part in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting overall logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process import shipping documents accurately and on time
  • Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines
  • Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation records
  • Assist the Import Operations team with daily activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 1 – 2 year experience in logistics or related industry
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience in shipping, logistics, or documentation is an advantage
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Responsible, organized, and willing to learn
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
